We get two grants and recruit students now

Biofabrication and Micro-Forming Lab

    Our laboratory specializes in three-dimensional printing technologies, including vat photo-polymerization, material extrusion, and laser powder bed fusion. These technologies are applied in the digital dental technology industry, metal forming industry, automotive metal components industry, and aerospace components industry. Research topics encompass the development of customized 3D printers integrating optomechanics, metamaterial design, virtual and reality processing, and functional gradient materials such as "ceramic/ceramic" and "ceramic/metal." Additionally, we explore innovative metal forming techniques, such as servo stamping technology and metal microforming technology. The 21st century is poised for significant advancements in smart manufacturing, innovative medical technology, and aerospace components. We welcome students with an interest in these areas to join our laboratory and grow together.     
    本研究室專攻光聚合固化成型法、材料擠出成型法、雷射粉末床熔融成型法之三維列印技術,應用於數位牙醫科技產業、金屬成型產業、汽車金屬零組件產業與航太零組件產業。研究主題涵蓋整合光機電開發客製化三維列印機、超材料設計、虛實加工、功能梯度材料如『陶瓷/陶瓷,陶瓷/金屬』以及『創新金屬成形技術:伺服沖壓技術與金屬微成形技術』等領域。21世紀將是智慧製造、創新醫療技術與航太元件大躍進的世紀,歡迎有興趣的同學加入本實驗室一起成長。
